Users Term & Condition
In order to make sure that you get the best out of our service and you have an
easy and relaxed journey please note the following points:
1. Issued tickets are valid for 3 months. You will not be able to extend them or
renew them.
2. Make sure you confirm or you make your ticket OK one week before departure
and arrival.
3. All open tickets depending on seat availability can be used on the back
(return).
4. You will be charged آ£250 if you return or cancel tickets after confirming
your booking or receiving your tickets.
However, you will not get any money back if you return tickets after flying
time.
5. You will be charged if you change the day and the date of your travel.
6. You are allowed a limit of 20kg on the flight and 5kg as a handbag. Nothing
more will be accepted as this is the limit.
7. You must allow yourselves 3 hours in the airport before your departure time.
8. 72 hours before travelling you must have your tickets with you and paid for
them. If tickets not paid for you will not have your seat.
9. The airlines and the travel agencies are not responsible for any changes to
your flight time or date. Also they not responsible to pay
anything back in those circumstances.
Tickets
If it is not possible to get your flight tickets to you (eg because your travel
date is imminent) we may insist that you have an "e-ticket" generated. This
means that you will have to pick up your ticket at your point of departure.
Don't worry, Bamo travel will make sure you know exactly where to pick up your
tickets
*Passports/Visas/Health Requirements
Bamo Travel are very happy to inform you of current documentation
requirements if you so require. It is incumbent upon you to ensure that you meet
the passport, visa, health requirements of the countries you wish to visit and
those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). Many countries
require that your passport should be valid for a period of (a minimum) six
months from the date of arrival into that country. Neither Bamo Travel norl.com
accept any responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported due to
non-fulfilment of the above.
